Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of gift certificates issued by 360 Cooking Studio ("the Studio").
By purchasing or redeeming a gift certificate, the purchaser and recipient agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Gift Certificate Delivery
Gift certificates are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the recipient's email address is entered correctly. The Studio is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect information provided during purchase.
2. Redemption
Gift certificates may be redeemed toward eligible products and services offered by 360 Cooking Studio, including:
- Cooking classes
- Masterclasses
- Bread workshops
- Pasta workshops
- Kids camps
- Private chef experiences
- Private events
Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Studio's booking system and are subject to availability.
3. Expiry
Gift certificates do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
If a promotional gift certificate includes an expiration date, such date will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
4. Non-Refundable
Gift certificate purchases are final sale and are not refundable once issued, except where required by applicable law.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value.
5. Partial Redemption
If the value of a purchase is less than the gift certificate balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future use.
If the value of a purchase exceeds the available gift certificate balance, the recipient must pay the difference at the time of booking.
6. Transferability
Gift certificates may be transferred to another individual unless specifically stated otherwise on the certificate or promotional offer.
The Studio reserves the right to verify ownership and validity of any gift certificate presented for redemption.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
Gift certificates should be treated like cash.
The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, misplaced, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
Replacement may be issued at the Studio's discretion if proof of purchase and certificate details can be verified.
8. Class, Camp, and Event Policies
All bookings made using gift certificates remain subject to the Studio's applicable cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, attendance, and participation policies.
Failure to attend a booked class, camp, workshop, or event may result in forfeiture of the booking value in accordance with the applicable booking policy.
9. Availability of Programs
Classes, camps, workshops, and private events are offered subject to availability, instructor schedules, enrollment requirements, and operational considerations.
The Studio does not guarantee the availability of any specific class, instructor, date, or program.
10. Program Changes
The Studio reserves the right to modify menus, instructors, schedules, recipes, class formats, facilities, and program content when reasonably necessary.
Where a class or event is cancelled by the Studio, participants will be offered an alternative date, account credit, or other remedy as determined by the Studio.
11. Fraud Prevention
The Studio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any gift certificate transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio's liability relating to gift certificates shall be limited to the unused value remaining on the gift certificate.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
13. Privacy
Personal information collected during the purchase or redemption of gift certificates will be handled in accordance with the Studio's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of a gift certificate shall be subject to the courts of Ontario.
