1. Registration and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
- Payment is non-refundable but may be transferable under specific circumstances (see Section 5). (When purchasing a spot in our cooking class, this is similar to purchasing a seat for a concert. - The class bundle includes multiple sessions, and all classes must be taken as part of the scheduled program.
- Individual classes are priced at 95$+tax /class. 5-class bundles are priced at 360$+tax (72$+tax per class). There are no 2,3 or 4-class bundles available.
- We can make a digital gift certificate with your name and the name of the receiver, if needed. This is included with the 5-class bundle. Otherwise we charge 15$ to make the certificate.
2. Class Schedule
- Classes are held on designated weekends. Specific dates and times will be provided upon registration. Occasionally weekdays class might be offered.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions.
- Although we deliver a fixed program along a 5-week period, the curriculum of each class might be in part or as a whole, subject to changes. Menus, recipes and ingredients sometimes need modifications without prior notice.
- All classes are provided at the 360 Cooking Studio, located at 1982 Bloor Street West, unless specified.
3. Missed Classes
- Only for 5-bundle participants : Participants who miss a session are allowed to carry over up to 2 baking sessions, subject to availability. Advance notice of at least 48 hours is required to qualify for a reschedule. Single class students can carry over 1 session if we receive a 3-day notice.
- No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the missed session.
- Our bread class program consists of 5 classes delivered every week during 5 weeks consecutively or up to 3 classes differed over a period of 3 months. This program can be joined during any week. Every month this program will repeat itself.
4. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the first class. While we strive to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Closed-toe shoes and appropriate attire are required in the kitchen.

- If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer your registration to another individual with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the first session. This other individual is automatically bound by the same terms and conditions.
- In the event that the studio cancels a session, participants will be offered a makeup class.
- Individual classes and 5-class bundles are non-refundable. A class is considered to be taken 48 hours before the class start time.
6. Adding more classes
- After subscribing to a single class, a participant can decide to purchase a 5-class bundle and still benefit from the bundle price incentive. The client must reach out to 360 Cooking to subscribe within 7 days of their first class being delivered. In this case, a fee of 288$ would be charged for the 4 remaining classes, therefore benefiting from a 72$ price ticket for each of the 4 remaining classes.
7. Materials and Recipes
- We provide all the tools and ingredients needed for the class experience.
- For each baking session, each participant is provided with 2 loaves of bread. One bread will be baked and the other will be dough that can be brought home for expanding the experience in their own kitchen.

- Prior to the class, some material such as take out containers or bags might be specified to bring with you to the class. This material would be provided by the participant.
