Private Events
Welcome to the 360 Cooking Studio. Looking forward to hosting your private event and making it special.
Upon receiving the deposit, we will secure your reservation and contact you to finalize your menu and option choices.
This deposit amount will be deducted from your final invoice. The final invoice will be sent to you one day after the event.
- Once the reservation is confirmed by the deposit, you will have to confirm the final guest count no later than 12 days prior to your event date. At this point, the number of guests is locked in as per the quote.
- Our activities are invoiced to a single person. We do not offer individual billing to customers.
- The deposit is non-refundable. In the case of a cancellation, if we are notified 15 days ahead of the event or a longer period, we will be able to offer your group an alternative date to reschedule the event, according to the studio availability, and also apply this same deposit on the newly agreed upon date, minus a 150$ administration fee. In other cases, this deposit will be used to cover the 360 Cooking studio for its resources. Please note that your booking reserves the venue exclusively for your group, and we commit resources in advance—including staffing, ingredients, beverages, and event planning—specifically for your event. As these costs are incurred and the date is no longer available to other clients, cancellations made within 5 days of the event will be charged the full amount of the original quote.
- On location, guests will be participating in a hands-on interactive cooking class with professional chefs. Participants will be given guidance on safety and knife skills. These are sharp tools and must be handled with care. We will also provide safe instruction on knife safety and on how to use ovens, as well as other kitchen operations safety. Our staff will coach your group, but nonetheless, by subscribing to this activity the organizer will take responsibility for the safety aspect of the group activity.
- The 360 Cooking Studio will make sure to give a safe environment to the group and also storage for their personal belongings. Nonetheless, participants will be responsible for their belongings. 360 Cooking Studio will not take responsibility for any lost belongings. The organiser subscribing to this activity will take responsibility.
- By making this deposit, you acknowledge these terms and conditions and will abide by it.
- The duration of the activity is outlined in the quote and should not be exceeded. For example, with an arrival time of 5:00 PM and a scheduled duration of 4 hours, the event would conclude by 9:00 PM.If a group wishes to remain at the venue beyond the scheduled time, acceptance will be subject to the discretion of the floor manager. Additional charges may apply for extended venue use and for any staff required to stay on-site beyond the agreed timeframe. The regular rate is 250$ for an additional hour.

Bread Masterclass
Terms and Conditions for the Bread-Making Class Bundle
Welcome to the Bread-Making Class at 360 Cooking Studio! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before registering as there are important points, specifically for attendance to single classes and 5-class bundles :
1. Registration and Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
- Payment is non-refundable but may be transferable under specific circumstances (see Section 5). (When purchasing a spot in our cooking class, this is similar to purchasing a seat for a concert. A purchased seat is taken, therefore is considered off the market and cannot be taken by another participant.) (See exception for 5-class bundle participants)
- The class bundle includes multiple sessions, and all classes must be taken as part of the scheduled program.
- Individual classes are priced at 95$+tax /class. 5-class bundles are priced at 360$+tax (72$+tax per class). There are no 2,3 or 4-class bundles available.
- We can make a digital gift certificate with your name and the name of the receiver, if needed. This is included with the 5-class bundle. Otherwise we charge 15$ to make the certificate.
2. Class Schedule
- Classes are held on designated weekends. Specific dates and times will be provided upon registration. Occasionally weekdays class might be offered.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to attend all scheduled sessions.
- Although we deliver a fixed program along a 5-week period, the curriculum of each class might be in part or as a whole, subject to changes. Menus, recipes and ingredients sometimes need modifications without prior notice.
- All classes are provided at the 360 Cooking Studio, located at 1982 Bloor Street West, unless specified.
3. Missed Classes
- Only for 5-bundle participants : Participants who miss a session are allowed to carry over up to 2 baking sessions, subject to availability. Advance notice of at least 48 hours is required to qualify for a reschedule. Single class students can carry over 1 session if we receive a 3-day notice.
- No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the missed session.
- Our bread class program consists of 5 classes delivered every week during 5 weeks consecutively or up to 3 classes differed over a period of 3 months. This program can be joined during any week. Every month this program will repeat itself.
4. Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before the first class. While we strive to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
- Closed-toe shoes and appropriate attire are required in the kitchen.
5. Cancellations and Transfers
- If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer your registration to another individual with at least 7 days’ notice prior to the first session. This other individual is automatically bound by the same terms and conditions.
- In the event that the studio cancels a session, participants will be offered a makeup class.
- Individual classes and 5-class bundles are non-refundable. A class is considered to be taken 48 hours before the class start time.
6. Adding more classes
- After subscribing to a single class, a participant can decide to purchase a 5-class bundle and still benefit from the bundle price incentive. The client must reach out to 360 Cooking to subscribe within 7 days of their first class being delivered. In this case, a fee of 288$ would be charged for the 4 remaining classes, therefore benefiting from a 72$ price ticket for each of the 4 remaining classes.
7. Materials and Recipes
- We provide all the tools and ingredients needed for the class experience.
- For each baking session, each participant is provided with 2 loaves of bread. One bread will be baked and the other will be dough that can be brought home for expanding the experience in their own kitchen.
- Participants will receive copies of the recipes taught in class. These are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed commercially.
- Prior to the class, some material such as take out containers or bags might be specified to bring with you to the class. This material would be provided by the participant.
- Each participant can bring their own water bottle or coffee to the class. The 360 Cooking Studio does not allow any other beverages or food to be brought into the premises.
8. Conduct
- Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow participants is expected at all times.
- 360 Cooking Studio reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
9. Liability
- Participants acknowledge that they are participating in a hands-on cooking class and assume all risks associated with using kitchen equipment and tools.
- 360 Cooking Studio is a nut-free facility. Please refrain from bringing any food to the studio.
- 360 Cooking Studio is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the class.
By signing up and making this payment for the Bread-Making Class Bundle or individual class, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before registering.

T&C for the Kids Camp
Informed Consent and Acknowledgement
I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand and acknowledge that my child’s participation in the 360 Cooking Studio Kids Summer Cooking Camp involves activities that may have inherent risks, including but not limited to:
✅ Use of kitchen equipment (knives, stovetops, ovens, blenders, etc.)
✅ Handling of raw ingredients and hot surfaces
✅ Allergic reactions or food sensitivities
✅ Risk of burns, cuts, or other injuries common in a cooking environment and outdoor sports or activities.
I acknowledge that while 360 Cooking Studio takes all necessary precautions to ensure safety, accidents may occur. I accept full responsibility for my child’s participation and understand that staff will provide supervision and guidance.
In case of a medical emergency, I authorize 360 Cooking Studio staff to administer basic first aid and/or seek medical attention for my child if deemed necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before any medical intervention.
Code of Conduct & Behavior Agreement
I understand that 360 Cooking Studio is a shared learning environment and that my child is expected to:
✅ Follow all safety instructions and listen to staff members
✅ Respect other participants and staff
✅ Use equipment responsibly and with supervision
✅ If my child engages in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior, I understand that 360 Cooking Studio reserves the right to dismiss them from the camp without refund.
Social & Behavioral Risks Acknowledgment
I understand that my child will be interacting with other children in a group learning environment. While camp staff will actively supervise participants to ensure a respectful and positive experience, I acknowledge that:
✅ Conflicts or disagreements between children may occur
✅ My child may be accidentally injured by another participant (e.g., bumping into each other, accidental spills)
✅ 360 Cooking Studio staff will intervene immediately if any inappropriate behavior arises
✅ If another child intentionally harms my child, staff will investigate and take appropriate action, including communication with parents
I understand that 360 Cooking Studio is not responsible for the independent actions of other children, but will take necessary steps to prevent and address any incidents
Liability Waiver
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless 360 Cooking Studio, its owners, employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, or demands related to my child’s participation in the cooking camp.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for any costs related to injuries or medical treatment that may arise.
Medical Authorization
In case of a medical emergency, I authorize 360 Cooking Studio staff to administer basic first aid and/or seek medical attention for my child if deemed necessary. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before any medical intervention.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a week camp session, a written request must be submitted via email at least 28 days before the scheduled start date. Approved week camp cancellations will incur a $250 administrative fee per weekly session, per child.
To cancel a PA day session, a written request must be submitted via email at least 8 days before the scheduled start date. Approved PA day cancellations will incur a $50 administrative fee per day session, per child.
No refunds, credits, substitutions, or makeup days will be provided for cancellations made after the camp has begun or for missed days, regardless of the reason.
If camps are unable to operate due to government-mandated restrictions or lockdowns, all affected participants will receive a full credit for future use minus a single $100 administrative fee.
Sickness, Illness, or Weather-Related Absences
We are unable to offer exceptions for any circumstances, including but not limited to : illness, COVID-19, personal situations, inclement weather, or traffic delays. Our camps have a complex structure with many moving parts. When a participant purchases a spot but cannot attend, it becomes difficult or sometimes impossible to reallocate the spot and/or transfer it. Our camps and classes have strict rules for attendance and refunds because of the nature of scheduling camps and logistics.
Additional Important Information
– If you or your child have dietary restrictions, allergies, or other special requirements, please reach out to us before booking to confirm whether we can accommodate them, as all sales are final sales.
– It is your responsibility to be aware of your booking details. A confirmation email is sent at the time of registration; if you do not receive it within 1 day, please contact us to ensure you have the correct date and time.
– Occasionally, we may need to cancel a class or camp session with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If this occurs, participants will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for another available session of their choice.
– We are committed to delivering high-quality experiences, but we recognize that our classes may not be the right fit for everyone. As such, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction.

- Day camp : 675$ per week
- Half day camp : 375$ per week
PA Days (No half days)
- Full day camp : 150$ per day

To support families with logistics and scheduling, we’re offering a 15% discount for a second family member joining the camp. This discount applies only to the second registration. 8.30 AM to 9 AM– Arrival
The morning routine, hand washing and aprons on. Kitchen Safety speech. Campers jump in hands-on, helping chefs to set up the kitchen.Sneak peak at the menu.
9 AM – Cooking from scratch preparing lunch, Culinary Skills. Learning and developing the inner chef. We will see many repertoires and get familiar with many new techniques and ingredients.
10:30 AM – Clean up & Break time
A small break before having a first workshop, mastering the art of pie dough!
11:00am to 11.30 AM – Lunch time & Challenge Briefing
Enjoying fresh Mexican tacos while gearing up for the afternoon’s Apple Pie Challenge.
(11.30AM to 12:30PM – Half Day students get to Complete the apple pie challenge)
12 PM – 1 PM – Outdoor classroom and games : Learning how to shop at the grocery.
(Preparing for tomorrow’s field trip. A grocery store scavenger hunt: discovering seasonal produce, decoding
labels, and finding local ingredients.)
1pm to 1.30 PM – Break time
1.30PM – Cooking Workshop
Rolling, shaping, and decorating apple pies from scratch—each camper creates their own to take home!
3:15 PM to 3.30 PM– Wrap-Up & Pick-Up
Kitchen cleanup, apple pie packaging, and a proud send-off as campers head home with their creations!
* Each day a lunch cooked from scratch with an international will be cooked.
* For most days a cooking workshop will be held, where students are making classic recipes from scratch during the afternoon.

At the 360 Kids’ Summer Camp, we believe that cooking is more than just a skill—it’s an adventure, an art, and a pathway to independence. This immersive program is designed to ignite a passion for food while equipping children with essential life skills.
